Ciara Ní Bhroin is a journalist and qualified coach accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Her job as a journalist sees her reading the news, writing the news and covering breaking stories. Working as a journalist allows Ciara to fulfil, and truly live, her values of fairness, truth and justice. She believes that a public service broadcaster is one of he main pillars of a democratic society and she takes her responsibility as a journalist very seriously.  She trained as a coach in early 2019, having had a career coach for the past 10 years. She was fascinated by the process and by the change in herself after engaging a coach. This led her to study a diploma in coaching. She also wanted to share her knowledge of how to work towards and achieve goals with others and show them how they can reach their potential. She loves working with people and she loves helping people. She truly believes in an individual’s power to make their dreams and goals their reality. Ciara has worked across a range of Irish radio stations during her journalism career including Newstalk, Spin 1038, 98FM and TV3 in the past; she’s currently with RTE as a Multimedia Journalist.
