Amy is the Head of Retail for Teamworx Recruitment. She has over 11 years senior retail luxury management experience. She had her baby which was a 5 year journey and upon returning to work after maternity leave, she knew that she needed a change. She joined Teamworx recruitment on a part time basis. Being a specialist retail agency, she excelled in her role and grew and progressed to Head of Retail today. Having done a number of management courses she was short listed last year for recruiter of the year in Ireland. In her career she makes changes in people's lives and wants to give back further and become a mentor in this amazing programme.
