How much will it cost?Depending on the length of your program, costs will vary with multiple packages to choose from. Mentoring one-day sessions will cost approximately €55-€125 per person including VAT, depending on your package. Three-week and six-week programs cost between €180-€250 per person including VAT, depending on your package. Three-month programs cost between €220-280 per person including VAT, depending on your package. Six-month and twelve-month programs are priced depending on the amount of participants on the program. The minimum amount of participants needed to set up a program is 30 people and there is no maximum. If you're not sure you have 30 people interested, we can set up other options including merging your program with our six-week program that runs five times a year. The basic cost for the program includes the set-up fee for applications and branding, the Matching of Mentors and Mentees and administration work that goes on behind the scenes including customer support. We calculate our other costs to run your program based on two things: your workbooks and your workshops. If you want to use all of Mentor Her's material, available in four categories (Begin a Business, Grow a Business, Career/Corporate and Self-Development) which includes 6 workbooks per category for Mentees and 6 Mentor resources- then the cost is nominal: we will include your branding in these materials, and send them to you for review before we send them to your participants. If you want to use material specific or catered to your association or industry, this will incur a slight fee per person. Similarly for workshops, if you want to use a Mentor Her speaker (and we have many!) on a topic of your choice or volunteer a member of your executive team for a Q&A about their career or industry in general, this cost is nominal. If you're looking for a workshop that Mentor Her needs to outsource, this may incur a small extra fee.
-
Does my organisation get paid?If you're interested in also benefiting monetarily from our program, we can set this up as part of the program cost. For example, if you're offering the Mentor Her program to members to sign up voluntarily, but would like to earn €20 for every Mentee that comes on the program, we'll package this into our pricing and pay you at the end of the program with invoicing and receipts including VAT.
-
How do Mentees make payment? // How do we pay? There are two options for program payment. You can choose to allow Mentees to pay us directly and individually, which will be able to set up on our website with payments collected securely via Paypal and Stripe. Or, if you would like to pay on behalf of all Mentees on the program- you can pay in one lump sum via bank transfer to our Allied Irish Bank company account.
-
Who will mentor the program participants? We absolutely encourage leaders in your company to volunteer to mentor a woman as part of our program. If we reach a limit with this, Mentor Her will provide Mentors at no extra charge. The Mentors that join Mentor Her come from all around the world, inspired by a heartfelt altruism and need to help a woman come up the ladder behind them. Mentors do not pay to come on our program and we do not pay our Mentors, instead we offer a range of non-monetary benefits that help to amplify the Mentor's network, as much as we help Mentees to do the same. All our Mentors are vetted by our team and hold a range of positions across the corporate and business world. From high-level C-Suite Executives in multinational organisations, to certified coaches that deal with leadership or motherhood. Once your company purchases a package with us, we'll send you our Mentee Application link from our website and we'll organise a phone call to set up your complimentary women empowerment workshops that can be hosted for all your employees online or in person. Your Mentees can choose which program they would like to join depending on the start date and fill in their application. The application asks Mentees to identify who they are and where they want to be in the next five years. From there, we'll match them with someone who we feel could highly benefit their career on your program. All of our applications remain in total confidentiality between us and our Mentees and we don't pass this information along to anybody, including Mentors. Having developed a 98% effective matching rate over the course of the last two years, Mentor Her's team knows each of our Mentors personally and knows where their strengths lie when it comes to sharing their knowledge with a Mentee. If your organisation has specific needs for your employees, or wants to ensure we do not match Mentees with Mentors in competitive companies, you can simply call our team and we will make a note on Mentee applications that come from within your organisation.
