MENTOR HER?
It's an age old discussion here at MH HQ (we turn 3 in January), we've had lots of men who want to join us to mentor women in their businesses and their careers. But, our USP since we started was to make sure that we are a women-only space. That meant that we could create a safe space around women's issues and more connection and collaboration between women in the workplace. But if we exclude half the population does that not mean we're limiting women's opportunities to connect with men and decision makers in their industry and around the world?

Well, there's no use in us discussing it amongst the team- we're a community built for YOU. So what do you think?
