Want to join an Irish start-up that's closing the gender gap around the world? 

We're looking for a B2B sales executive to join our team full-time to sell mentorship and corporate packages to key stakeholders in multiple industries. 

Mentor Her runs a worldwide program five times a year connecting female Mentors and Mentees in entrepreneurship, corporate careers, and self-development. The company was set up in 2020 by founder Katie Doyle who wanted to build a platform to support women through connection. Utilizing the success of our six week program, Mentor Her is now offering corporations the opportunity to support women through connection in medium to large companies around the world.

We are seeking a highly-motivated, independent and passionate person to join our team with experience in the B2B corporate sector, who is interested in and driven to close the gender gap. Our ideal candidate will be excited to be a part of a growing start-up and rise through our ranks as a founding member of our team. 


Candidates must have experience in B2B sales in the corporate sector with the ability to maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders across Ireland and the UK.

Job requirements:

  • Must be based in Ireland with ability to travel to Dublin once a fortnight for team meetings and attend evening events in Dublin

  • Maintain the ability to travel to Dublin and London for in-person meetings

  • Have proven experience and results in B2B sales of at least 3 years 

  • An understanding of the L&D, HR or DEI sectors 

  • A strong willingness to lead a start-up on a B2B level with interest in global development 

  • Added bonus if candidate is willing to come on board with past connections in the B2B space

Key responsibilities of the candidate will be to: 

  • Leverage key partnerships to close sales end-to-end in the B2B sector 

  • Attract and maintain relationship with key stakeholders  

  • Research of new business, relationship management, market analysis and strategic planing 

Successful candidate will receive: 

  • A salaried year of €30,000 in Year One with commission and end of year bonuses 

  • Share options and salary increase in Year Two
