Niamh is an Executive Coach. She was a Business & Marketing student in DCU almost 25 years ago. When she graduated, she moved abroad to gain work experience, followed by a period of adventure-filled travel! About 19 years ago, Niamh returned to Ireland, resumed working, met her husband, and started a family. She has been fortunate enough to have worked across many roles, in many organisations, industries and countries culminating in a senior Marketing position for a large multi-national. Now she has set up her own coaching and consulting practice, she spends her time supporting other women in business, whether at the start of their journeys or looking to advance in leadership positions. Her goal is to enable all women to realise their full potential, whatever that is for them. She likes to ask probing questions of her clients that helps them unlock their ‘aha’ moments, but also enjoys providing guidance and mentoring where appropriate.
