Doireann is the founder of The Gluten Free Kitchen. In 2004, she was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease and 12 months later with Endometriosis. She was only 25 years old and had very little support available to understand her health conditions so from all her research and experience in living with her conditions, she began her business model in 2011. She has won multiple awards and recently got appointed Co-Ordinator for the first Kerry Coeliac and Gluten Free Community Support group by the Coeliac Society of Ireland. She has managed to build and grow her business whilst battling huge personal and health traumas. She would love to be involved in helping other women in their business journeys.
