About the Event
Jodie Cook is an entrepreneur and author from Birmingham. With a variety of exciting experiences under her belt, Jodie has been featured on Forbes 30 under 30 list of social entrepreneurs and is also an international powerlifter for Great Britain.
Jodie started her entrepreneurial journey in 2011, founding her first business, a digital agency that was recently acquired last year. You might know Jodie from her books, including “Stop acting like you’re going to live forever”, “Daily Me” and “Instagram Rules” available on Amazon. Jodie is a regular contributor for Forbes on entrepreneurship and whilst running her agency, she has provided commentary to publications as a social media expert. She has been seen in The New York Post, the Guardian and BBC among others. Most recently, Jodie has pursued competitive powerlifting, and competes within the British Powerlifting federation in the under 57kg (125lbs) bodyweight category and has represented Great Britain internationally.
