About the Event

Join us on Monday 6th of March at 1pm for the first in Mentor Her's new Conversation series: having candid conversations about women's health, business and finance learning from our community about how we can better support women in their professional and personal environments.

Our first Conversation is centered on women's health, hearing from key advocates around the journey of motherhood, maintaining balance and looking after our bodies.

Tracy Murphy is a Senior Director for Pringles Europe at the Kellogg's company, an accomplished senior marketeer with significant experience in FMCG and financial services across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Tracy struggled with fertility for 10 years before having her baby daughter through surrogacy in 2022. By telling her own personal experience of struggling with IVF and an eventual hysterectomy which catalyzed early menopause, Tracy hopes to drive cultural change to enable us all to thrive in the workplace.

Loretta Dignam is the founder of The Menopause Hub, dedicated to helping peri-menopausal and menopausal women.

Loretta set up her company, now expanding across Ireland, borne out of her own experience of menopause, to help women overcome the many myths about the menopause that make it difficult to navigate and hard to separate fact from fiction. She founded her clinics to give Irish women the opportunity to manage their menopause their way, with resources to understand the changes they are going through and an option to keep living the life they love, at home and at work.

Doireann Barret is the founder of the Gluten Free Kitchen Company, a multi-award winning food and wellness brand championing awareness for the Coeliac, Gluten Free & Endometriosis Communities. After a lifetime of symptoms, in 2004 Doireann was finally diagnosed with coeliac disease, an auto-immune condition, and in 2005 with Stage 4 Endometriosis, a serious gynecology & all body disease. Doireann is an advocate for promoting eating healthy and minding our bodies & mental health, creating discussion around Coeliac disease which impacts 1% of the Irish Population, Gluten Intolerance which impacts 400,000 of Irish people and Endometriosis that impacts 155,000 female born people in Ireland and the effects of Coeliac Disease, Gluten Intolerance & Endometriosis has on female born communities on a day-to-day level. Doireann recently set up Cneasú Holistic Healing Hub to create more awareness and supports for the Endometriosis Communities.

On our one hour call, we'll have candid discussions around our speakers personal journeys, on women's health in general and find out how we can better support women in the workplace.
