Louise is a Director at Yellow Harbour. She started her career as a professional musician and due to a variety of challenges and life's path, was unable to continue in that field - having only focused on music, with degrees and diplomas, she had to reinvent herself into a career that satisfied her both creatively and intellectually as well as being able to utilise a skill set based on dealing with people. Luckily she found the not for profit/charity sector. And, the rest they say....is history! She has over 21 years’ (scary!) experience within the not-for-profit sector and has been integral to setting up, managing and rolling Fundraising Departments, has extensive experience in executing Fundraising Audits, developing Income Generation strategies and creating and delivering Strategic Plans for charities, not for profits and voluntary organisations experiencing growth and change.
