Jordyn is a Technical Account Manager for Particle Health. She has always admired the people in her life who went to sleep one night, dreamt of their North Star and used it as a guide towards their dream career. She was not one of them, her journey, guided by a values compass had many twists and turns. Early in Jordyn's career, she knew that she valued meaningful work that has a positive impact on the world, personal and professional growth and open-mindedness. Her compass first guided her to Zocdoc, where she first fell in love with startup culture; she was enamored with the fast-paced environment, mission driven visions, collaborative spirits and the willingness to give every voice a seat at the table. As a people person with a passion for building lifelong relationships, Client Success is a natural fit for her. Throughout her career, she has excelled in many Client Success roles, such as client onboarding, Account Management and Enterprise Project Management. Jordyn even took a detour as a Product Manager, using her client knowledge to influence product roadmaps at Doctor.com. Today, she works as a Technical Account Manager at Particle Health, where she works with her team to mold their Client Success organization and implement their growing client base. She is passionate about empowering women in the organizations at which she works. She founded Women of Doctor, where they aimed to create a community where individuals can freely and safely discuss modern-day issues and concerns and inspire one another. She continues that mission today at Particle Health, where she helps lead and organize the Women's Resource Group. Outside of the office, Jordyn is passionate about self-improvement, her goldendoodle, Indy, and traveling the world with her fiancé, Ben.
